Q: What are the overall operation situations of Quanta on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ?
A: As an official EICC full member, it is the responsibility for Quanta Computer to comply with the announced EICC code of conduct in the process of product design, product manufacture, product sales, and the provisions of after-sales services to customers. In addition, the committee of Quanta CSR was established in 2009, it has been taking charge of the promotion and the operation of CSR management since then.
 
Q: What are the CSR requests of Quanta supplier management?
A: When suppliers supply products or services to Quanta or our affiliates, we request that suppliers support and comply with our CSR policy and the EICC code of conduct. We also audit our suppliers form time to time to realize CSR standards.
 
Q: Does Quanta publish Corporate Social Responsibility reports?
A: Yes. Quanta has published Corporate Social Responsibility reports annually according to the frame standards of GRI sustainable report since 2009.
 
Q: Are the annual reports of Quanta verified by the external third party??
A: Yes. The CSR annual reports of Quanta have been verified by the third party which based on AA1000 standards since 2013.
 
Q: What are the major certifications of CSR on environment and products??
A: ISO 14001 environmental management system, OHSAS 18001 occupational safety and health management system, ISO14064 GHG emission verification, QC 080000 hazardous substance control, and so on.
 
Q: Does Quanta participate in CDP project?
A: Yes. Quanta completes the CDP questionnaire on the website every year.
 
Q: What are the attitude and statement of Quanta on conflict minerals?
A: The procurement policies of Quanta will keep excluding the conflict minerals, and Quanta will support and adopt the report templates and tools released by the joint working group of EICC-GeSI, CFSI, to conduct the related investigation.
