As sustainable development becomes a key factor for long-term corporate competitiveness, Quanta continues to deepen its multi-faceted sustainability management. In 2024, Quanta achieved record-high revenue and profit, underscoring our unwavering commitment to driving innovation through sustainability, and realizing sustainability through innovation.

The year 2024 marks a significant milestone as Quanta enters its 36th year. Not only have we achieved record-breaking revenue and profit, but we have also made significant progress in our transformation and innovation efforts-with server business revenue exceeding 50% for the first time. This achievement symbolizes that in addition to consolidating its leading position in the global notebook computer manufacturing field, Quanta has also successfully laid out key tracks in future technologies such as artificial intelligence, demonstrating its determination to achieve sustainable development through continuous innovation.

To meet the needs of geopolitical risk adaptation, serving customers locally, and diversifying production risks, Quanta has expanded its manufacturing footprint beyond China and Taiwan to include facilities in the United States, Germany, Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico. We are fully committed to optimizing supply chain management and strengthening supply chain sustainability and resilience, building smart factories, enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality, and building a highly competitive global manufacturing service capability.

In today's rapidly evolving world, unpredictability has become the new normal. Technological innovation, accompanied by the belief in sustainable corporate development, continuously reshapes existing business models and market rules, leading to a paradigm shift in the industry and a reconstruction of the value chain. Quanta has always adhered to the belief of "People-Oriented, Virtue-Centered". We are deeply committed to talent development and workplace inclusion and actively fostering a corporate culture that is both resilient and inclusive. Through caring for, nurturing, and showing concern for all our employees, we are able to adapt robustly in a turbulent environment, continuously driving innovation and sustainable growth with a responsible attitude.

At the same time, Quanta has taken concrete actions to address the global climate challenge, committing to achieve Net Zero Emissions by 2050. The Company actively promotes energy transition and low-carbon operations, striving to become a practitioner in the transformation to a low-carbon economy. In 2024, Quanta completed its first group-wide greenhouse gas inventory, covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions across all operational sites. Through data disclosure and governance mechanisms, the foundation for carbon management was strengthened, enabling steady progress toward the corporate sustainability development goals.

We express our gratitude to all partners who have supported Quanta throughout the journey, witnessing our growth and breakthroughs. Looking ahead, Quanta will continue to fulfill its mission of "Advancing computing to advance humanity", staying true to the craftsmanship spirit of engineers, with a steadfast focus on innovation and core valuesbenefiting humanity and advancing toward a more sustainable and brighter future.
