Professional ethics is always the top guiding principle at Quanta. All Quanta employees are absolutely required to demonstrate the highest level of individual behavior and occupational ethics both inside and outside the Company, to win respect and trust from customers, suppliers and people in all walks of life.

  • Whether you are a supplier, customer, employee, or other stakeholder, if you believe an employee of Quanta Computer may be engaged in activities that are in violation of the Company’s “Integrity and Ethics Policy” (https://www.quantatw.com/Quanta/english/esg/integrity_ethics.aspx), please notify the Company through the following independent mail box. Employees of the Company may write to the HR mailbox at qci.hr@quantatw.com to notify the Company, designated personnel will handle the matters accordingly.
  • We view both named and anonymous reporting matters equally. Kindly detail the person in which you are reporting on, along with evidence detailing the matter to support the verification process. Should you choose to report the matter anonymously, ensure to provide necessary evidence to avoid failed attempt of investigation due to lack of sufficient evidence.
  • Once a report is received, if the object of report involves the governance level personnel, the report would be reported to the Chairman or the Vice Chairman immediately, and an independent investigation would be conducted by designated managerial personnel along with the audit team. If the object of report involves employees, the audit team would be in charge of the investigation and report to the highest ranking officer of the General Administration Office as a reference for subsequent handling. If the reporting is true after investigation, the matter would be handled in accordance with the Company’s code of conduct and relevant regulations. Matters that involve serious circumstances would be referred to the investigation bureau. Confirmed violations would be reported to annual BoD meetings on investigation process and improvement plan. Relevant records would be kept for five years in accordance with internal control policy of the Company.
  • Quanta promises to keep the reported information confidential, neither the whistleblower or personnel assisting the investigation would be treated unfairly.
