Stakeholders Communication
- Stakeholder identification was performed by following the 5 main principles of AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standards (2015), namely responsibility, influence, tension/attention, dependency and diverse perspective. Using the above principles, members of the CSR Committee Evaluation Panel and representatives had identified shareholders and investors, customers, suppliers, employees and local communities as Quanta's key stakeholders.
- All communication affairs within the Company are primarily conducted by the Governance & Business Ethics Committee in order to reinforce the communication and engagement between all stakeholders. All relevant departments are designated with specific job responsibility and work plan in accordance with its relationship with stakeholders. Quanta strives to ensure the fulfillment of responsibilities through all communication means and channels as a reference for preventive and corrective actions. The communication with stakeholders in 2020 was passed and reported on December 21, 2021. The implementation of 2021 is expected to be submitted to the board of directors in the first quarter of 2022.
