Stakeholders Communication
- Stakeholder identification was performed by the five main principles of AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standards (2015), namely responsibility, influence, tension/attention, dependency and diverse perspective. Using the above principles, members of the CSR Committee Evaluation Panel and representatives had identified shareholders and investors, customers, suppliers, employees, and government as Quanta's key stakeholders.
- To strengthen communication and engagement with stakeholders and to ensure the achievement of our objectives, Quanta's ESG Committee regularly communicates and discusses major issues, target achievements, and strategic directions from the aspects of economic, social, and environment. The committee would consolidate relevant data, outcomes of stakeholder engagements, and ESG recommendations, which are then reported to the Board of Directors for approval and execution.

- A dedicated corporate IR (Investors Relations) department has been created

- Handle both regular and ad hoc filings and disclosure tasks, including official correspondence responses and the submission of materials for seminars
- Coordinate with and respond to policy initiatives and promotional activities led by the government and competent authorities (e.g., the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Labor, and Ministry of Economic Affairs)
- Participate in relevant external collaboration and exchange activities to maintain consistency between policy and practice in communication
- Respond promptly to filing requests from securities regulators and complete regular and ad hoc announcements, questionnaires, and operating status briefings
- Disclose information via the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) and the Company’s official website, and issue press releases or hold briefings as needed to provide external explanations
